Refund Policy

This policy explains how VAIXIA LTD reviews refund and cancellation requests for direct purchases and VAIXIA products, including Vaibry.

Scope

This policy applies to purchases processed directly by VAIXIA LTD or by payment partners acting for VAIXIA, including supported Vaibry purchases.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play billing are subject to the applicable store refund rules and must usually be requested through that store.

Digital Content

Vaibry may allow users to buy and sell digital books. Because digital content can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after a book has been accessed, downloaded, consumed, or otherwise delivered.

For direct purchases, contact VAIXIA within 7 days of the transaction. VAIXIA will review each request based on the payment channel, product status, content access status, fraud checks, and applicable rules.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, or app store involved.

Cancellations

If VAIXIA introduces subscriptions or recurring services, users will be able to cancel future renewals through the app, website, app store, or payment channel where the subscription was started.
